30-Day Return Policy

At SkyVistaSolution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer support team at support@skyvistasolution.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as SkyVistaSolution is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@skyvistasolution.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs for the return.

Additional Information

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
